Storing Your Ham

  • Soak a clean ham bag in either

          – lemonade
          – or a vinegar mixture: 

            (1 part vinegar : 1 part water)
  • Remove ham from plastic packaging
  • Pat dry using a clean paper towel
  • Remove bag from liquid and ring out extra fluid by hand
  • Place ham in bag and place in the fridge
**Always keep your ham chilled below 4ºC
***Keep ham bag moist.  Re-soak the ham bag every second/third day or as required
