In a medium bowl combine sesame seeds, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, crushed garlic and pepper. Mix well and set aside 2 tablespoons of this marinade.
Dice chicken meat (tenderloins, thigh or breast meat) and place into a bowl with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Pre-heat oven grill to 200⁰C and spread the chicken out onto the rack of a grill pan. Discard marinade from the bowl. Grill the chicken at a 12cm distance from the heat for 10-12 minutes. Turn once during this time, and then baste the chicken with the reserved marinade.
Serve on a bed of couscous or Chinese noodles with fresh vegetables.
