Pork Shoulder Chops (for the Crock Pot)

Serves 6


  • 6 pork shoulder chops 
  • 4T brown soft sugar 
  • 1t ground ginger 
  • 125ml soy sauce 
  • 4T ketchup 
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed 
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
  2. Cook on Low setting for 6 hours.
  3. Delicious served with mashed potato and lightly cooked green beans
