Hamburger Meat Patties


  • 500g beef mince
  • freshly ground sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1T tomato sauce
  • 1T crushed garlic
  • 1T olive oil


  1. Place mince in a large mixing bowl
  2. Generously season and add tomato sauce, crushed garlic and olive oil.  Use your (clean) hands to squeeze the ingredients through the mixture.
  3. Once thoroughly mixed, portion evenly and press into shape (use a bread & butter plate to help ensure the patties are the same desired size).  
  4. Stack inserting baking paper in between the patties and refrigerate before cooking
