Glazed Lamb Loin Chops

Serves 4


  • 12 lamb loin chops
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil (drop to season the pan)
  • 1T balsamic vinegar
  • 1T honey
  • 1t garlic paste
  • 1t rosemary (dried)


  1. Heat your pan.  
  2. Combine vinegar, honey garlic and rosemary to baste the chops. 
  3. Season the chops (with salt and pepper).  Place drop of olive oil in hot pan to season the pan. 
  4. Cook the chops for 2 minutes each side.  Brush with the baste and cook a further 3-5 minutes each side, basting liberally during the cooking process. 


Serve with steamed fresh vegetables (brocolli, beans, carrots)
