- Heat your pan.
- Combine vinegar, honey garlic and rosemary to baste the chops.
- Season the chops (with salt and pepper). Place drop of olive oil in hot pan to season the pan.
- Cook the chops for 2 minutes each side. Brush with the baste and cook a further 3-5 minutes each side, basting liberally during the cooking process.
Serve with steamed fresh vegetables (brocolli, beans, carrots)
