Our master butchers use traditional techniques and ingredients to produce classic meats.  Pickled meats use Prestons family recipe cures, which are infused directly into the muscle so they marinate the meat from the inside out.
  • Corned Silverside – selected silverside cuts are infused in Preston’s own hand made cure and allowed to sit for even flavour distribution before being carefully cut and packed by our master butchers; traditional flavours, original texture
  • Pickled Pork – pork muscles are infused with a pork cure for a couple of days allowing the marinade to evenly spread throughout the meat; pork is rolled and vacuum packed; authentic pickled pork
