Cooking Saveloys & Cheerios

  • Place a pot of warm water on a medium heat
  • Place Cumberland Saveloys or Cheerios in the pot
  • Allow the water to heat without boiling/simmering (sudden high temperatures will burst the collagen casing on the sausage)
  • Aiming to heat the sausage to 72oC for 2 minutes without boiling
  • Serve with tomato sauce
