We’re an integrated company delivering from pasture to plate.  Sister company CR Grace  procures beef, lamb and goat from the bottom of the North and top of the South Islands, our sister company Taylor Preston Ltd processes it, our transport company KAM transports it, Preston’s processes it and then we deliver – we don’t let it out of our sight.  This way we can guarantee quality, integrity and traceability.
